Sessions Include: Foundation and Purpose of Groups at Grace // Definition and Approaches to Disciple-making // Importance of Sharing Life Together // Four Key Rhythms of Gospel Community // Expectations and Role of Spiritual Leaders // Value of Multiplication and Support Resources
Training will be held at the Montrose Building, led by Pastor Josh
PowerKids programming will be available for regular weekend services
Part 2
Session 4: Sun, Feb 6th from 9:00–10:15AM
Session 5: Sun, Feb 13th from 9:00–10:15AM
Session 6: Sun, Feb 20th from 9:00–10:15AM
Required for new Life Group Leaders
Optional for other ongoing/long-term group leaders
Sessions Include: Vision for Healthy Long-Term Ministry & Leadership // Developing Group Ownership and Belonging // Creating Spaces in Everyday Life // Guidance for Purposeful Meeting Times // Maintaining Healthy Relationships with Personal Care and Counsel
