Prayer & Care

During this season we want to continue to be the people of God to one  another. If there is an imediate way that we can care or pray  for you please let us know.

Share A Need

As a people of faith, our first response during challenging times is prayer.  Take time during the online service experience and during the week, to read these passages and pray with your family and friends.

1 Timothy 1:2:1-2: I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people— for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.

Pray for wisdom for our governmental leaders as they make decisions to best serve the community.

Matthew 5:13-16: You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot.

You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house.  In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.

Pray for the Church – that we would be lights during this time and that we would see and eagerly respond to opportunities to serve and pray.

2 Corinthians 4:16-18: Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day.  For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all.  So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.

Pray for those without the hope of Jesus. Ask God to use this time to help our community and world see the hope found only in His Son, Jesus.
